This blog has been dean but I had some time during Connor's first riding lesson today. This could be an expensive hobby..

What Else was I up to in Hawaii?

There was a humid and rainy trip to the zoo with my friends Callie and Maddie...

Of course there was a lot of sleeping and relaxing. I look just like my Yeh Yeh...

There was a trip to the shave ice store...And popping fire works for new year's eve...

and of course a few trips to the beach...

So What did Mommy and Daddy do while I was in Hawaii?

They went to New York! With their freedom to go where they wanted without me, they took an extended weekend to relive some kidless years.There were nasty dinosaurs at the Museum of Natural History,
killer Ramen at Ramen Totto,
a stop at a taping of the Late Show,
a stop at a favorite waffle cart, Waffles and Dinges, for some waffles and spekulous (you have to try this if you haven't),
some shopping for spices at the Christmas Markets
a broadway show with Shawn Hayes, Kristen Chenowyth, and Molly Shannon,
and so many Christmas decorations like this one outside Macy's.

Mommy and Daddy tell me they had an awesome time, so maybe next time they'll take me. Somehow I doubt it, though.

Hawaii... for a MONTH!

Mommy and Daddy decided to let me stay in Hawaii between Thanksgiving and Christmas while they went back to work. So the grandparents kept me busy.

Grandpa let me help out with the remodel at their house.

I kept in shape in with the stationary bike.

I got to ride the trolley in the Kaimuki Christmas parade.

Even Uncle Mark and Auntie Denise stopped by for a bit.
